A core aspect of our work is to actively strengthen digital sovereignty and transformation in Germany by helping our customers to operate independently and future-proof in an increasingly digitalised world. Our aim is to actively support our customers in their digitalisation with our own GDPR-compliant cloud platform without any dependencies on manufacturers or providers. And that includes us as a provider!
Budget security in the project: How we enable long-term cost stability
In a complex area such as stable application operation, we attach great importance to fairness, security and cost stability. Our well thought-out concepts at fair operating costs not only offer our customers financially attractive conditions, but also the certainty that their budget will be adhered to during the operation of the application thanks to our flat-rate SLA calculation levels. Even if things don't go as planned and the Flying Circus becomes active within the scope of the closed SLA, there are no additional costs, for example for labour costs for our 24/7 on-call service.
